The team consisting of the members of the Permanent Missions of Azerbaijan and of Turkmenistan is a winner of the mini-football tournament

On the occasion of the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace, a mini-football tournament among members of Permanent Missions and international organizations was organized on April 2016 in Geneva, Switzerland. The tournament was ruled by the referees of Geneva Football Federation on the basis of regulations of FIFA for mini-football.

The team consisting of the members of the Permanent Missions of the Republic of Azerbaijan and of Turkmenistan to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva participated in this tournament.

In final our team defeated the united team of the members of the Permanent Mission of Mexico and Paraguay, and as a winner of the tournament received a Cup and medals.

More than 20 countries were represented in the tournament.
